PPU 010: Running on Autopilot – The Good and Bad of Routines

In this episode of the Productivity Power Up podcast, we discuss some pros and cons of routines.

A couple of years ago I bought Mason Currey‘s book, Daily Rituals: How Artists Work, in which he discussed the daily habits, rituals and routines of some pretty great people like Franz Kafka, Nikola Tesla, Maya Angelou, and Ben Franklin, just to name a few.

I became fascinated with examining my own daily routines for patterns of activities that may lead me to be more or less productive on days that I do them.
