  1. I have started establishing collecting tools for the information & tasks and set up systems such as a model week and time chunking on my calendar to do the task and use the tools but find that time flies by or distraction take away from my actually using/doing the tools and systems I set up. How can I move from setting up to executing?

    • This can be so challenging (moving from setting up to executing)! I sometimes find myself procrastinating by setting up my system and constantly tweaking. What has helped me is to catch myself doing it and agree on a time period to allow myself to “tweak” (ex. 25 minutes) and then get straight to doing (ready or not!). I think the biggest piece of this for me is the awareness of it. Hope this helps!
