  1. I used it once and loved it. I had to sit to make a list of calls and knew I would feel antsy and need that break. the 5 min break was just enough time get me out of the daze & get my body moving. It also relived the temptation to do that other physical work knowing I was giving myself permission to do it on the breaks. Now I just have to make sure I use it again when it makes sense for the task at hand.
